• Focus our commercial and internal development efforts in the hospital and related specialty sector within the U.S. pharmaceutical marketplace;
• Acquire companies and marketed and/or registration-stage products that fit within our focus areas; and
• Market approved generic products through our wholly-owned subsidiary, Aristos.
