Our Strategy
We focus on respiratory products in large markets with life cycle management opportunities and niche sub-segments. Within these markets, we look for products with low promotional noise. We also seek to purchase or license the rights to products with growth potential as well as existing, well-known brand names or trademarks in the respiratory category. We do this because we believe that through effective life cycle management, drugs with well-known brand names or trademarks operating in a segment without intense competition will provide a strong foundation for growth in the specialty pharmaceutical industry. A final component of our strategy, one that differentiates us from traditional specialty pharmaceutical models, includes partnering with leading domestic and international pharmaceutical companies to develop and promote products in U.S. markets.
